Used in harsh Afghanistan, these dogs were hunters of small and large game, known for speed and endurance at the same time, with the additional bonus of incredible leaping agility. They were not known to the outside world till the 1900s.
Hunters at their core, they aren’t terribly social animals. Good with children and lousy with strangers, some question the innate intelligence of the animal.
