Dogs have a high sensitivity to grapes, in any form, and it can cause damage to the renal system. The toxic mechanics are not known at this time but they are not dose dependent; even a small amount can do damage to some dogs and may take several days to fully present symptoms. Symptoms can include:
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Lack of Appetite
- Halitosis
- Increase in Water Intake
- Increase in Urination
- Dehydration
- Renal Failure
