This is a climbing vine that contains insoluble calcium oxalate, a mild to moderate toxin. The toxin will affect the dermatological system but if enough is ingested, it can affect the respiratory system, liver, and renal system for long lasting effects. Symptoms can include:
- Pawing at the Mouth
- Drooling
- Oral Pain
- Swelling of Tongue and Lips
- Vomiting
- Difficulty Breathing
