A form of Osteochondrodysplasia that causes dwarfism by shortening the length of the legs.  The head and body may also be shortened.  Deformities may also be present, such as bowed limbs, constricted nostrils, or malformations of the vertebra.  While many of the presentations of this disorder are mild, some of them can offer a poor quality of life for the dog.
