1) Any municipality may demand that all dogs be securely confined between the hours of sunset and an hour after sunrise for a specific length of time or until the order is revoked.
2) Any such order must be printed in newspapers for the public.
3) Any dog that is in following such an order may be seized or destroyed without liability to the dog control officer. Any dog seized will be subject to section 118 of this article. No dog shall be deemed in violation if accompanied by and in full control of the owner.
