1) An exemption for licensing requirements are provided for non-residents of the city who are temporarily residing for a period of less than thirty days or individuals for the first thirty days upon becoming a resident or dogs in the temporary care for treatment, adoption, or redemption.
2) An exemption from dog license fees will be provided for guide dogs, hearing dogs, service dogs, or police dogs.
